    Can I grill over open fire?

    YES. MEATER Pro has a max ambient temperature of 1000°F. Seariously.

    If you reach the temperature limit, the MEATER app will warn you of the high heat.

    Does MEATER Pro have WiFi?

    No. MEATER Pro has a Bluetooth booster. Open air range is 2500 ft and typical home range is 250 ft.

    MEATER Block and MEATER Pro XL both have built-in WiFi.

    How far can my phone get from my MEATER Pro?

    Using Bluetooth: Open air line-of-sight: 2500 ft. Typical range: 250 ft. *range is affected by the number of obstacles, thickness of the cooker, as well as phone or tablet model.

    Using MEATER Link with an additional phone: WiFi range.

    Using MEATER Cloud with an additional phone: Unlimited (as long as your phone has internet connectivity).

    When in use, remember to place your MEATER charging base directly next to your cooking method to ensure connection between the probe and base throughout your cook.

    How long does the shipping take?

    Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) generally ship within 1-2 business days.

    Can I return the product if I'm not happy with the cook?

The date on your sales receipt is the date of purchase unless otherwise informed. You will be refunded by the same method in which you paid.
