    Can I grill over open fire?

    YES. MEATER Pro has a max ambient temperature of 1000°F. Seariously.

    If you reach the temperature limit, the MEATER app will warn you of the high heat.

    Does MEATER Pro have WiFi?

    No. MEATER Pro has a Bluetooth booster. Open air range is 2500 ft and typical home range is 250 ft.

    MEATER Block and MEATER Pro XL both have built-in WiFi.

    How far can my phone get from my MEATER Pro?

    Using Bluetooth: Open air line-of-sight: 2500 ft. Typical range: 250 ft. *range is affected by the number of obstacles, thickness of the cooker, as well as phone or tablet model.

    Using MEATER Link with an additional phone: WiFi range.

    Using MEATER Cloud with an additional phone: Unlimited (as long as your phone has internet connectivity).

    When in use, remember to place your MEATER charging base directly next to your cooking method to ensure connection between the probe and base throughout your cook.

    How long does the shipping take?

    Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) generally ship within 1-2 business days.

    Orders processed on the weekend will ship on Monday or Tuesday, depending on our volume.

    Business days do not include weekends or national holidays.

    I ordered a MEATER Pro and received a MEATER 2 Plus (or vice versa). What's the deal?

    No worries, you've received the same product, just different packaging.

    MEATER 2 Plus = MEATER Pro.

    To align with the release of MEATER Pro XL, we've renamed MEATER 2 Plus to MEATER Pro as part of the Pro Collection.

    Can I return the product if I'm not happy with the cook?

    If a product purchased through our online store does not meet your expectations, you may contact us to facilitate a return for refund within 30 days of purchase. The date on your sales receipt is the date of purchase unless otherwise informed. You will be refunded by the same method in which you paid. After 30 days, please refer to our warranty policy for product and service issues.
